Servicing

We service as per the Manufacturers Recommendation; most systems are 3 monthly.

A report is generated and sent to the local authority council.

Allows you to be fully informed about your systems condition. 

Improve equipment life and potentially avoid any unplanned maintenance activity.

Helping to minimize breakdowns and excessive depreciation.

Water Quality

During the service when required we use a Sludge Judge (Clear Tube) to sample the quality of water, your system is producing.

This picture is sent to you by text at the time of the service. (Reception required).

Green Card Accredited with Ozzi Kleen

We are Green Card accredited service agents. this means our training on the system is constantly being reviewed.

Is your current provider have a Green Card Accreditation with Ozzi Kleen.

Invoicing

Any parts that require replacement you will be informed by text with a picture showing the broken part.

Systems may differ however the service price remains the same. 

Additional costs will be for but not limited to:

Chlorine Tablets or Spare Parts.
Invoicing is preferred by email with a copy of your council report sent to you.

We invoice for the service that's just been completed. 

We do not invoice for the whole year.
Payment Methods include Direct Debit, EFTPOS, Cash (Pay wave).

Quarterly Service: Fee Is Subject to your location, call for a price.

Callout Fees 

Additional time past First Hour $90.00 per hour thereafter for all callouts.

Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm, $95.00. After Hours $125.00

Saturday & Sunday $125.00.

Public Holidays $150.00.
